Our kits encourage you to save more by doing more assembly yourself. It's not rocket science. If you can use an electric drill and follow direction, you most likely can put our building kits together.
All of our pre manufactured portable buildings have been state approved and passed Florida's strictest building codes by receiving Department of Consumer Affair's (DCA) compliance certificate. The steel framed buildings have been issued a 150 MPH engineered wind rating and the wood framed buildings a rating of 130 MPH.
Don't be fooled by others who claim DCA compliance or wind ratings without certificates or engineered drawings to back them up. Look for the DCA sticker inside each building. It is required by law for all pre manufactured buildings to have these stickers.
